UK's only raw milk Shropshire Blue. It is made using the same recipe as the Sparkenhoe Blue, with the addition of annatto. The annatto give the cheese its beautiful rich colour which looks glorious next to the deep blue veins. The end result is a buttery, mellow blue flavour with a gentle spice to finish.
